With respect to the tradition of the island, we have created two autonomous villas of respective weight. Villa 1 comprised of four independent suites. The second floor suite is ideal for 2 persons. The first floor apartment is ideal for 2 couples or 4 persons and comprised of 2 en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor suite can accommodate 2 persons. The ground floor apartment is ideal for a family of 4 persons. Every suite has its own unique view, towards the characteristic bay of Paleopoli.
Villa 2 (30 m2) conveniently accommodate three people and is ideal for a tranquil family vacation or romantic escapes. All rooms provide web access, TV, balcony or terrace with amazing sea view.
Surrounded by magnificent landscape, with trees and flowers that cover an area of 7 acres, the spacious open areas ensure peace and relaxation and are perfect for an enjoyable and breathtaking view of the sunrise.
Location:
Paleopoli is considered as the most quiet and authentic sea village. Paleopoli is in the east part of Kythera, 1 km from Avlemonas, 8 km from the port of the island, Diakofti and 20 km from the capital of Kythera, Chora. In walking distance you have tavernas, coffee shops and mini market. Paleopoli beach, Kaladi beach and Diakofti beach are the closest beaches.
