With respect to the tradition of the island, we have created a house of respective weight. The house has a bedroom area, living room area, kitchen area and bathroom area. The private balcony has its own unique view, towards the characteristic bay of Paleopoli and the sea. The house is in the groundfloor with its own private entrance. Surrounded by magnificent landscape, with trees and flowers that cover an area of 7 acres, the spacious open areas ensure peace and relaxation and are perfect for an enjoyable and breathtaking view of the sunrise.
Location:
Paleopoli is considered as the most quiet sea village. Paleopoli is in the east part of Kythera, 1 km from Avlemonas, 8 km from the port of the island, Diakofti and 20 km from the capital of Kythera, Chora. In walking distance you have tavernas, coffee shops and mini market. Paleopoli beach, Kaladi beach and Diakofti beach are the closest beaches.
