With respect to the tradition of the island, we have created an autonomous villa of respective weight. Ilios Traditional Villa is comprised of three independent traditional houses. Sfendoni House, 65 m2 with two main areas, the bedroom and the living room area that accommodates up to 3 persons. Archontikon House, 100m2, a two stored house with three main areas, bedroom area, living room area and kitchen area that accommodates 2 persons. Finally, Kykladitikon House, 40m2, with two main areas, bedroom and living room area , that accommodates up to 4 persons. Every House has its own unique view, towards the green hills of the area. All three houses provide web access, TV, balcony or terrace with mountain view and are ideal for a tranquil family vacation or group of friends that are looking for privacy. The spacious swimming pool of the property is ideal for relaxation.
Location:
Perlegkianika is one of the most characteristic villages of Kythera in the central-west part of the island. It is ideal for quiet holidays and romantic escapes. Potamos , the commercial center of the central part of Kythera is 7 km away. Chora , the capital of Kythera is 20 km away. The closest beaches are Paleopoli, Kaladi and Diakofti beach 15km away.
